Following obtaining an Associate of Science in business administration and management from Central Penn Business College in Summerdale, Pennsylvania, in 1989 Mr. Ober founded Environmental Cleaning Solutions in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, which offers personalized services that include power washing, carpet cleaning and window cleaning. In addition, the company provides floor maintenance, tile and grout cleaning and floor stripping and washing.
In acknowledgment of his entrepreneurial success, Mr. Ober has been named Businessman of the Year by the National Republican Congressional Committee’s Business Advisory Council in 2011, and he captured an American Excellence Award for Leadership and Client Satisfaction from the United States International Trade Commission in 2018. He has also been recognized by the governor of Kentucky for business growth.
To remain aware of changes and innovations in his field, Mr. Ober maintains affiliations with the Better Business Bureau and assists his community as an advisor with Elizabethtown College. As a career highlight, Mr. Ober is most proud of providing livelihood for numerous families in his community as well as leadership and personal development for his employees. In the coming years, he hopes to expand his company nationally, grow his firm to 1,000 employees and acquire a presence in 20 states.
