With nearly 20 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Pilone has excelled as the president and chief executive officer for PTubes Inc. in Honesdale, Pennsylvania since 2017. Prior to these positions, he was active as the founder, owner, president and chief executive officer for P1 S.R.L. in Italy from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Pilone previously served in a number of roles, including as the chief executive officer and the chief technical officer, with PDM R.p.A. in Italy between 2003 and 2015.
Mr. Pilone attributes his success to the support, strength and inspiration that he receives from his wife and family. As a testament to his exceptional endeavors, he was honored as the Innovator of the Year by the Wayne Economic Development Corporation in 2021. Mr. Pilone was later presented with the HVAC Solution Provider Award in 2022.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Pilone pursued an education at Liceo Scientifico Edoardo Amaldi Bitetto, from which he graduated with a science diploma in 1997. He subsequently obtained a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in 2001 as well as a master’s degree in mechanical and industrial engineering from Politecnico di Bari in 2003. Mr. Pilone likewise earned a Master of Business Administration from 24ORE Business School in 2009.
Mr. Pilone is notably affiliated with the American Standard Testing and Material, the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Among the many highlights of his career, he is particularly proud to have developed PTubes into one of his industry’s major players after starting from scratch. In the coming years, Mr. Pilone hopes to continue developing the aforementioned company into one of the biggest of its kind within his industry in the United States.
