With more than 45 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Reynolds has excelled as the development manager with Forestar Real Estate Group since 2021. Prior to this appointment, he was active as the owner of Cochise Land Development Services from 2017 to 2021, the vice president of land development for Hancock Builders from 2016 to 2017 and a project manager and estimator for Preferred Apartment Builders Inc. from 2012 to 2016. He previously served as the general manager for Al Fresco Landscaping from 2010 to 2012, the land development manager for D.R. Horton from 2006 to 2010 and the land development superintendent for Meritage Homes from 2003 to 2006. He additionally worked in his areas of expertise as the vice president of operations with Rec West Contracting from 2000 to 2003, the land development manager for KB Home from 1999 to 2000 and the land development project manager for Shea Homes from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Reynolds began his career as the chairman for the board of adjustments for the city of Bisbee, Arizona between 1976 and 1990.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Reynolds pursued an education at Cochise College, from which he earned an associate’s degree in business administration and management in 1976. He was subsequently certified in water and wastewater management by the Arizona State Department of Health between 1976 and 1985. Notably, he completed four years of service in the U.S. Air Force. Attributing his success to his passion for his profession, he has found further success as the chairman of the board of directors for the Twin Peaks Estates Homeowners Association since 2018. Looking toward he future, Mr. Reynolds hopes to continue his impressive work in the construction and development industry.
