Over the past six years, Mr. Ramos has found a wealth of success operating in the fields of assisted living and public wellness. In 2019, he became the executive director of The Orchards at Bartley Assisted Living, a family-owned and operated assisted living community in Jackson, New Jersey. He previously worked as an administration coordinator at The Orchards at Bartley Assisted Living and Bartley Healthcare Nursing & Rehabilitation, where he began his career in 2016 as part of an internship. Over the course of his career, Mr. Ramos has specialized in dutifully managing the needs of his patients, including nursing, dieting, daily activities, housekeeping and transportation.
Prior to beginning his vocational journey, Mr. Ramos pursued a formal education at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in planning and public policy in 2016. Well recognized for his dedication to civic advocacy, he and his facility regularly participate in fundraising events to promote awareness for multiple sclerosis and Alzheimer’s. As part of his commitment to his profession, he remains affiliated with several industry-related organizations, including the Health Care Association of New Jersey, the American Health Care Association, and the National Center for Assisted Living. Over the course of his career, Mr. Ramos has attributed much of his success to his strong work ethic and his disciplined mentality. He has always wanted to become involved in health care – following in his mother’s footsteps – and he looks forward to continuing and expanding his involvement in the industry.
