In preparation for his career, Mr. Heda completed coursework in physical sciences at the Brijlal Biyani Science College in 1981. He earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial and production engineering from the Ramaiah Institute of Technology in 1987 and a bachelor’s degree in industrial and production engineering from Bangalore University that same year. In 1998, Mr. Heda graduated from Amravati University with a postgraduate diploma in computer science, and in 2003, he completed his higher education with a Master of Business Administration in financial management from San Jose State University.
Committed to his professional growth, Mr. Heda holds numerous professional certifications in his career field. In 2020, he earned a certificate in real estate investing and as a pricing strategy advisor from the National Association of REALTORS. In 2017, he became a real estate affiliate broker from the California Department of Real Estate, among further credentials. Mr. Heda is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors. For his accomplishments, he received the Real Trends Award from the Wall Street Journal in 2017 and The Centurion Award. Mr. Heda is the author of “Thriving Through Ownership: A Guide to Catapult Wealth Building by Starting With Homeownership Early” in 2021, and in the coming years, he plans to launch his website.
