He subsequently concluded his studies at North Dakota State University in 2019, graduating with a Master of Arts in strategic communication. Having grown up around the world while traveling with his mother, who worked for the United Nations for 25 years, he attributes his success to his work ethic, resilience, growth mindset, his belief in himself and his ability to build relationships with his mentors, sponsors, colleagues and community. Among the many highlights of his career, Mr. Cyusa is incredibly proud of building his career after relocating to the United States from Rwanda, especially once he was selected to receive an H-1B work permit/visa.
