Prior to his current appointment, he operated as an administrator for The Weils-Montefiore from 2012 to 2017 and for McGregor Assisted Living between 2010 and 2012. He also previously worked with Sprenger Healthcare at Autumn Aegis and several other retirement centers from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Lubline began his career in 2005, working with Eliza Bryant Village as an administrator-in-training until 2006 and later as an admissions director until 2007.
Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Lubline pursued a formal education at the Ohio State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in history in 2005. While studying at the university, he also earned his license as a nursing home administrator. Well regarded for his academic and professional accomplishments, Mr. Lubline has been honored with several accolades over the course of his career, including a Young Executive of the Year Award from the Association of Jewish Aging Services in 2021 and a Community Impact Award from the Leading Age Indiana Association in 2021 and 2022. In light of his accomplished career, he attributes much of his success to his willingness to help others, especially when doing so presents him with a new challenge. In the coming years, Mr. Lubline hopes to continue expanding his organization and proving the best possible care to his patients.
