Charles L. Odland, Commissioning Lead at JM Test Systems, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in instrumentation.

A highly decorated military veteran who was deployed to the Gulf War, Mr. Odland has excelled in his current role since 2021. He previously honed his craft as a multi-craft maintenance technician and  maintenance supervisor with Gambro/Baxter International Inc. from 2005 to 2021. During his honorable service in the U.S. Army from the 1989 until 1994, Mr. Odland worked as a self-propelled field artillery turret mechanic.

To develop his expertise in his field, Mr. Odland completed coursework in industrial mechanics and maintenance technology at Columbus Technical College from 1997 to 2002. He holds electrical, welding and maintenance master craftsman certifications. He additionally obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Auburn University in 2015.

A man of spiritual depth, Mr. Odland is an ordained minister who attributes his success to his faith in God, as well as hard work and a willingness to learn. He enjoys openly praying with other people who are sick or facing other difficulties. He also takes pleasure in mentoring and coaching others. He believes that his most notable achievement is having attained personal, professional and financial success without completing a college degree.

During his years of admirable service in the military, Mr. Odland earned two Achievement Medals, two Commendation Medals, a Good Conduct Medal and a Kuwait Liberation Medal, all from the U.S. Army. In the near future, he hopes to continue to be promoted to site superintendent or a lead over a project.
