A member of the Quality Assurance Institute and Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers, Ms. Panchali began her career as a software developer.
Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Panchali pursued an education at the R. V. College of Engineering at Bangalore University, from which she earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications engineering in 1996. Subsequently obtaining a number of certifications in her field. Attributing her success to the great mentors from throughout her career as well as her unwavering desire to work hard, she is incredibly proud of her success rate within Oracle, as her organization achieved a 99% success rate in system stability and ensures their systems are not only up-to-date, but ambitious and future-minded. Looking toward the future, Ms. Panchali hopes to shift her attention to advanced technologies, such as machine learning, data science and artificial intelligence, and wishes to mentor to help next generation women pursue their career in technology.
