Since 2021, Mr. Falardeau has worked as a construction inspector for American Structure Point. In this post, he oversees construction projects and handles administrative tasks. From 2016 to 2020, he garnered experience as a construction inspector with the Indiana Department of Transportation. For his professional excellence, he earned a Safety Award from Safety Clean in 2003.
Mr. Falardeau attributes his success to being passionate and outspoken. He speaks his mind and is happy to have found a position at American Structure Point where he can find success by being true to himself. Among his career accomplishments, he considers working on a bridge spanning I-65 North to be his most notable achievement. Mr. Falardeau is proud of discovering structural instability and replacing the bridge. Without his work, the structural weakness would have gone unnoticed, posing a danger to the public.
In preparation for his career in construction, Mr. Falardeau graduated from East Chicago High School. He went on to earn an Associate Degree from the Ivy Tech State College of Indiana. From 2014 to 2015, he was a customer service supervisor at Kmart, and from 2015 to 2020, he worked as a doorman at the White Rhino Bar & Grill.
Alongside his primary professional endeavors, Mr. Falardeau has been a sergeant-at-arms with Undefeated, a motorcycle club. In the coming years, he hopes to find success in his entrepreneurial endeavors and plans to work in the transportation industry. Mr. Falardeau puts his family first and is the proud father of two sons, Maddox and Magnus.
