Mr. Sigerson holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Nebraska College of Law, which he earned in 1996. He is admitted to practice law in Nebraska, Iowa and Kansas.
In 1993, Mr. Sigerson graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in economics. He garnered experience as a White House intern for the President George H.W. Bush administration in 1992. For his professional excellence, he was named to the Omaha 40 Under 40, the Golden Key International Honor Society and the Best of Omaha.
Alongside his primary professional endeavors, Mr. Sigerson has served as the president of the Omaha Estate Planning Council since 2022. Since 2000, he has been a board member of the president’s council with the Boy Scouts of America. In addition to these posts, Mr. Sigerson has contributed as a member of the presenter’s circle with Omaha Performing Arts, a board member of the Selective Service Commission, a board member of Grace University and an advisory board member of the First Westroads Bank.
Mr. Sigerson has found success through his written works, authoring “Preserving Your Heritage: The Farmers and Ranchers Guide to Estate Planning” with Collaborative Press in 2018. He also wrote “Gift Taxes and Gifting Programs,” “Selecting an Advisory Team for Your Estate Planning” and “Tax Law Changes for 2013” in the Attorney at Law Magazine in 2013. In 2011, Mr. Sigerson was a contributing author to “Being in Business is a Funny Thing, Getting Out is Not” by Collaborative Press. Among his professional accomplishments, he is proudest of building his company and cultivating a healthy work environment with a cohesive, family-oriented culture.
