Having held numerous leadership positions over the course of her career, Ms. Justice originally began her vocational journey in 1985, working as a nurse at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital until 1987.
Ms. Justice pursued a formal education at the University of Tennessee at Martin, where she earned an associate’s degree in nursing. In addition to her academic credentials, she also holds several certifications pertinent to her profession, including in nurse consultation, infection control and prevention, life planning facilitation, and advanced cardiac and pediatric life support. Well-regarded for her practiced expertise, she was previously honored as the Director of Nurses of the Year by the Tennessee Health Care Association in 2017. Furthermore, she received a Spirit of Service Award from The McNairy Regional Alliance in 2011. Accounting for her accomplishments, Ms. Justice has largely attributed her success to her willingness to learn more about her profession and about generational diversity.
