Jason Bernard Grant, Senior Director of Human Resources at Cepheid, a segment of the Danaher Corporation, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in team building, cultural transformation, leadership development, talent management and employee relations.
Most recently, Mr. Grant has excelled as the senior director of human resources with Cepheid, the world’s leader in molecular diagnostics testing, and one of Danaher Corporation’s largest operating companies. In his position, Mr. Grant provides business partnership and support to the Americas commercial sales organization. Prior to his current role, he garnered experience as the senior director of human resources for McKesson Corporation’s largest business unit, US Pharmaceutical, from 2016 to 2021. He additionally worked for Ingersoll Rand as a Vice President, Human Resources and Talent Management, Georgia Pacific and Parker Hannifin as a division HR Director. To round out his professional experience, Mr. Grant has also served as President at Good Patriot, LLC and as a member of the Executive Advisory Board for the Retired NFL Players Congress and Harbor Services, Inc.
In preparation for his career in human resources, Mr. Grant attended Furman University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 1993. In 1995, he completed a Master’s degree in human resource management from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. For his academic excellence, he was awarded full academic and athletic scholarships to Furman University. Collegiately, Mr. Grant went on to become a member of NCAA division one national and conference championship teams as well as being honored as team captain and all conference performer. To keep abreast of his field, Mr. Grant was a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (PHR, ’95). In his spare time, he enjoys charcoal drawing, reading comics, chess, charity, golf, and most importantly, spending time with his family.
