Kelly Michael Gordham, Executive Director of All Things Considered Behavior Services and Behavioral Consultant at the Oregon Technical Assistance Corporation, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in psychology and behavioral support.
Since 2011, Mr. Gordham has excelled as the executive director of All Things Considered Behavior Services. He has also found success as a behavioral consultant with the Oregon Technical Assistance Corporation since 1986. In these capacities, Mr. Gordham designs behavioral support plans, conducts staff training on congenital neurological impairments, researches the neurological causes of self-injury and conducts Oregon Needs Assessments. He was the director and primary author of the Oregon Intervention System from 1991 to 2011 and the clinical director of the Oregon Technical Assistance Corporation from 1986 to 2005.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Gordham graduated with a bachelor’s degree with a minor in neuroscience at the University of Oregon in 1972. He completed additional coursework at The Evergreen State College and is a doctoral candidate at the University of Washington. Mr. Gordham studied abroad at the University of Melbourne in Australia where he conducted independent studies. For his accomplishments, he was named a fellow of the American Academy of Sciences and received an award for service on the board of directors and continued training from the Association for Positive Behavior Support. In his spare time, Mr. Gordham enjoys sailing and spending time with his mother.
