Jason T. Morehouse, Material Program Manager at Raytheon Missiles & Defense and former Senior Director of Aircraft Maintenance Operations at the U.S. Air Force, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in military service, logistics and aircraft maintenance.
Since 2022, Mr. Morehouse has excelled as the material program manager with Raytheon Missiles & Defense. He previously served with the U.S. Air Force for 25 years, achieving the rank of chief master sergeant. In 1997, he began as a B-1B instrument and flight control technician at Ellsworth Air Force Base, a post he held for a decade. In 2007, Mr. Morehouse became a master instructor and production supervisor, and in 2011, he became the aircraft maintenance unit superintendent. From 2015 to 2016, he garnered experience as the senior manager of maintenance operations with the U.S. Air Force in Fairfield, California, before serving as an aircraft maintenance and logistics director. In 2019, Mr. Morehouse worked as a senior enlisted leader before accepting the position of senior director of aircraft maintenance operations with the U.S. Air Force, which he held until 2022.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Morehouse attended the Community College of the Air Force and graduated with an Associate of Science in avionics maintenance technology and an Associate of Science in educational/instructional technology in 2008. In 2019, he graduated from Trident University International with a Bachelor of Science in interdisciplinary leadership. Mr. Morehouse holds numerous professional certifications in addition to his formal degrees. In 2014, he earned an Advanced Maintenance and Munitions Operations Certification from the U.S. Air Force, and in 2012, he earned a Jet Engine Mishap Investigation certification from the Air Education and Training Command. He also holds an Instructional Systems Development Certification in 2011 and an Occupational Instructor Certification in 2010 from the Community College of the Air Force.
For his accomplishments as a military serviceman, Mr. Morehouse has been the recipient of numerous honors and accolades. He holds a Meritorious Unit Award, an Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, a National Defense Service Medal, a Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, A Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, a Nuclear Deterrence Operations Service Medal and an Air Force Expeditionary Service Medal. Mr. Morehouse was named Airman Specialist of the Year with the 37th Bomb Squadron at Ellsworth Air Force Base in 2000, Airman of the Year in 2001 and Innovator of the Year with the 28th Bomb Wing in 2002. To keep abreast of his field, he has maintained membership with the Air Force Sergeants Association.
