Janeé LaChele Allen, Founder and Co-Owner of Kaleidoscope Perspectives LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership.
As the founder and co-owner of Kaleidoscope Perspectives LLC since 2022, Ms. Allen is working to establish transitional housing for the disenfranchised and marginalized in society. She hopes to one day offer housing to veterans transitioning back to civilian life or ex-convicts seeking a straight life and stable employment following a prison term. Alongside this endeavor, Ms. Allen contributed as a manager and counselor of a pregnancy crisis center between 2006 and 2017. Under the pen name P.J. LaChele, she authored such books as “The End of the Beginning” and “Naked and Unashamed.”
Ms. Allen became an ordained pastor with the Lighthouse Church of All Nations in 2009 and received her Marriage Counseling Certification from the American Association of Christian Counselors in 2007. In 2006, she completed her Breaking Free Certification from the American Association of Christian Counselors, and in 2005 she earned her Caring for People Certification from the same organization. In her spare time, Ms. Allen enjoys baking, crocheting, reading and singing. In the coming years, she hopes to build transitional housing and a garden for Kaleidoscope Perspectives LLC, so she can feed the individuals she serves. She also plans to launch a café and bakery business.
