Adjacent to his primary endeavors, he also worked in retail store development during the same time period. Prior to his current appointments, Mr. Edgerton was a retail sales strategist for Innomark Communications LLC. At the onset of his career, he worked with the Melville Shoe Corporation in 1972.
Before embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Edgerton pursued a formal education at Kenyon College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English literature in 1972. In addition to his academic credentials, he is also certified in lean manufacturing and green initiatives. As part of his dedication to his profession, he maintains his membership with the National Retail Federation. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Edgerton has largely attributed his success to his skills in networking and sustainability.
