Reflecting on his path, Mr. Bentz, coming from humble beginnings in Seattle and Montana, has over 20 years of experience in the transportation sector. Starting in a family-owned semi tractor trailer repair facility, he worked his way up through various roles, including maintenance, driving, and merchandising. After earning his CDL, he joined Watkins and Shepherd in operations management before transitioning into transportation insurance. He now handles complex claims, including bodily injury and catastrophic losses, traveling frequently to mediate disputes across the country. He attributes his success to his adaptability and the guidance of his mentors. In the coming years, he is excited at the prospect of branching out on his own to pursue his goals in the realm of consulting or a new venture aligned with his current work.
