Early on in his career, Mr. Desyatnikov worked as an QA Analyst for UNICAST, then started as a senior lead QA analyst at Solbright Digital Solutions. From 2000 to 2002, he worked as a QA consultant and advisor for Digital Edge, and from 2002 to 2006 he served as the global test manager for HSBC Bank where he led 150+ global testers operation. He transitioned to a role with Sterling Infosystems Inc. as the director and vice president of global QA & testing, and worked for Citi Bank from 2012 to 2015 as Global Head of Testing in Worldlink technology.
For his professional QA endeavors, Mr. Desyatnikov has received multiple awards and recognitions. In 2017, he received a prestigious Leading Vendor Award from the European Software Testing Awards in London, and his company was named one of the TOP 10 QA Testing Companies by Technology Widgets Magazine and CIO Review Magazine. In 2018, he was named one of the 30 Most Daring CEOs in Business by Insight Success Magazine and one of the 30 Most Creative CEOs by Mirror Review Magazine.
