Since 1994, Ms. Martinez-Sentftner has provided her clients with the highest quality of legal services, utilizing her decades of legal experience. She was instilled with a strong sense of justice in her early childhood, after watching people being taken advantage of and mistreated. In this respect, she pursued the field of law in her higher education to be able to correct what she saw was wrong. She first earned a Bachelor of Science in economics and English from the University of Texas in 1956 and continued at the University of Chicago Law School to receive a JD in American and United States law in 1959. With more than 30 years of experience in trial law and litigation, Ms. Martinez-Sentftner provides legal representation and is licensed to practice in California, New York, Massachusetts, Texas, South Dakota, and Iowa. She maintains membership to the State Bars of California, New York, Massachusetts, Texas, South Dakota, and Iowa, and is admitted to U.S. Court of Appeal, Ninth & Eight Circuits; U.S. District Court of Eastern and Southern Districts of California; U.S. District Court of Western District of Texas; US Tax Court; and US Bankruptcy Courts of Eastern and Southern Districts of California; and Board of Immigration of Appeals.
Ms. Martinez-Senftner attributes her success to her genuine interest in people, and her love for working with them. When someone comes to her upset, with a problem, and she is able to fix it for them, she enjoys that feeling. Throughout her career, she has maintained professional affiliation with the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Looking toward the future, she endeavors to see continued growth for the firm, while training young lawyers to take over and continue the legacy with her similar philosophy.
