With more than 30 years of experience in trial law and litigation, Ms. Martinez-Sentftner provides legal representation and is licensed to practice in California, New York, Massachusetts, Texas, South Dakota, and Iowa. She maintains membership to the State Bars of California, New York, Massachusetts, Texas, South Dakota, and Iowa, and is admitted to U.S. Court of Appeal, Ninth & Eight Circuits; U.S. District Court of Eastern and Southern Districts of California; U.S. District Court of Western District of Texas; US Tax Court; and US Bankruptcy Courts of Eastern and Southern Districts of California; and Board of Immigration of Appeals.
Ms. Martinez-Senftner attributes her success to her genuine interest in people, and her love for working with them. When someone comes to her upset, with a problem, and she is able to fix it for them, she enjoys that feeling. Throughout her career, she has maintained professional affiliation with the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Looking toward the future, she endeavors to see continued growth for the firm, while training young lawyers to take over and continue the legacy with her similar philosophy.
