Title: Vice President
Company: Navajo Expedited
Location: Lakeland, Florida, United States
Brandon J. Bodine, Vice President at Navajo Expedited, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in goods transportation administration.
After initially obtaining bachelor’s degrees in psychology and history from the University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio in 2002, Mr. Bodine later continued his education with coursework toward a Master in Business Administration with the Florida Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2011. He began his career in operations for The Home Depot in Melbourne from 2006 to 2012.
Mr. Bodine then flourished as director of logistics for freight transport firm Exxact Express in Lakeland, where he directed all company operations in pricing, logistics and customer service from 2012 to 2014, during which time the company achieved record operating revenues and profits. As director and vice president of logistics from 2015 to 2018 with Super Service LLC in Lakeland, one of the nation’s top truckload carriers, Mr. Bodine assisted in adding more than $78 million to company revenues.
In 2018, Mr. Bodine partnered with Navajo Express to form a new service, Navajo Expedited, a premier heavy haul trucking and goods transportation firm based in Lakeland, Phoenix and Denver, where he serves as vice president, helping the company grow from $25 million in revenue in 2019 to $72 million in 2020 to more than $100 million in 2021.
Mr. Bodine attributes his success to being a former athlete and to his competitive nature. He also attributes it to hard work, dedication, and being able to hire the right people. While still at Home Depot, he received a call from a company in Tampa, Florida who asked him to come for an interview for a freight brokerage position. His dedication and hard work led him to study everything he needed to know about the brokerage industry. Establishing and managing the Navajo Expedited brand successfully and bringing revenues to greater than $100 million has been Mr. Bodine’s most notable achievement. He hopes to participate and serve as a board member for other organizations in order to share his expertise in the industry. Continuing to grow and expand the business is his goal in the coming years.
