Among his varying responsibilities, Mr. Martinez dedicates time to work with the homeless in Denver, in which he makes quarterly trips to campsites to hand out care packages, food coupons, gift cards, toiletries and more.
Mr. Martinez believes his discipline came from his years in the military, as he served as a staff sergeant in the United States Army Infantry for six years. Once he was able to apply that discipline in his real estate business, he felt he had found his purpose and remains driven to continue to make a positive impact on the lives of his clients. To remain abreast of his field, he maintains membership with the National Association of Realtors and is a board member of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association. In five years’ time, Mr. Martinez plan is to inspire as many agents as possible, with a goal is to plant seeds of his knowledge and make a positive difference in all lives he comes across.
