Mr. Peterson obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1989. Since 1992, he has excelled as a senior registered representative with The Champion Group, a premier firm funding direct ownership of domestic oil and gas wells. His responsibilities include contacting and introducing himself to accredited investors and business owners across the country, introducing oil and gas programs to both existing partners and investors as well as sharing those projects to new partners. In addition, he helps fund interest in the projects and maintains relationships with those investors in the projects in terms of well results and current operators and reports and the status of the wells.
With Champion, Mr. Peterson has been honored as the Top Producer of the Year on 11 occasions, the Top Quarterly Producer on 34 occasions and the Top Producer of the Month on 106 occasions. Besides helping to obtain funding for wells, he is also active in managing, purchasing, and leasing real estate. He serves his community as a contributor to and volunteer with a local charity that is providing shelter, showers, and meals for homeless people in San Antonio.
Mr. Peterson attributes his success to good partners, honesty, integrity and perseverance. In the coming years, one of of his goals is to try to be involved in continuing the pursuit of real estate in Texas, but also seek some type of process to educate and mentor younger people that would like to learn how to earn and grow a real estate portfolio.
