Gary H. Anzuini

Title: Real Estate, Historic Building Developer
Company: Anzuini Development
Location: Pueblo, Colorado, United States

Gary Anzuini, Historic Building Developer at Anzuini Development, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in building restoration.

Holding an associate’s degree in architecture from the Ohio State University in Columbus and an architects’ license in Colorado, Mr. Anzuini has found success as owner of SDL Properties and real estate and historic building development firm Anzuini Development since 1989. He is a proud member of the Colorado Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

Mr. Anzuini became involved in his profession after starting his career as an architect and doing some design work for clients. One of the types of work he accomplished as an architect was the rehabilitation of historic buildings and once he saw what was involved and how rewarding it was to save some of the old structures, he decided to try some projects himself, and he has succeeded as a restorer of older buildings and historic properties since then.

In the coming years, Mr. Anzuini hopes to attain a couple more projects under his belt, including some historic properties in Pueblo that they have their eyes on right now. One of them is the oldest building in the city that was built in 1889.
