Alex Leveto, Chief Operating Officer at Realty Companies, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in real estate administration.
Since 2021, Mr. Leveto has prospered as chief operating officer of Realty Companies, the parent brand to seven premier real estate brokerages located across the Southeast in Atlanta, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Prior to being named to his current position, Mr. Leveto helped rebrand the company from a single brokerage, Realty Atlanta, which his father, Shawn Leveto founded in 1986, to Realty Companies with the assistance of his fiancé, Ansley Laws, in 2020. It has since grown from eight real estate professionals to 30 in 2021 and is set to overtop 10 times its sales in 2022, as well as open several additional locations in various major cities.
In addition, Mr. Leveto has also provided superior service since 2019 as principal of Leveto Properties, which invests in apartment complexes, mobile home parks, and land opportunities. In preparation for his career, Mr. Leveto took coursework in professional sales from 2015 to 2016 with Kennesaw State University and from 2016 to 2017 with Grant Cardone Sales Training University.
Mr. Leveto’s enthusiasm and expertise in real estate come from a family history. His grandfather, Sam Leveto, had distinguished himself as a real estate developer for more than four decades after starting his development career in 1970. A recognized figure throughout Atlanta during his time, he helped to develop 60 single-family and townhome communities for over 4000 homes throughout the area, and he has followed in the footsteps of his father Shawn while staking new territory in Georgia real estate. Mr. Leveto received recognition by Exeleon Magazine in the Top 100 Dynamic Leaders of the Year for 2021 and also as a Top 10 Transformational Business Leader for 2021. He was also recognized as one of the Top 100 People in Real Estate for 2021 by Top 100 Magazine.
In the coming years, Mr. Leveto is hoping for the continued success of Realty Companies and to expand to 20 locations in major cities in the southeast.
