Since 2019, Ms. MacKenzie has prospered as a licensed realtor with respected real estate firm Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty in Scottsdale, having previously provided superior service as director of real estate and leasing with Osteo Relief Institute in Phoenix from 2013 to 2018.
Ms. MacKenzie flourished as a vice president of store development and as a showroom and leasing specialist from 2011 to 2014 with Lululemon Athletica in the Vancouver area. In this capacity, she managed a multi-million dollar portfolio of lease agreements as well as real estate expansions into new North American markets including real estate location selection and lease management, and also assessed future potential locations, negotiated lease agreements and drafted legal paperwork.
With SUGOI Performance Apparel from 1998 to 2002, Ms. MacKenzie managed global custom team orders for bike teams across Canada, USA, Japan, and Australia. She made an impact as president and chief executive officer of Kingswood Capital Corporation from 2001 to 2003, handling Commercial lease administration for the Kingswood group of companies, and later supported team of over 150 field technicians, area managers and directors from 2003 to 2008 in the office of the Chief Executive Officer in Technology and Operations with TELUS, the Canadian national telecommunications company.
After obtaining Bachelors of Arts in fashion design and technology in 1998 from Kwantlen University College in British Columbia, Ms. MacKenzie later followed with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2011 from Simon Fraser University and a Trading License in Real Estate in 2011 from the University of British Columbia. Currently, she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in justice studies at Arizona State University in Phoenix.
In coming years, Ms. MacKenzie intends to continue her work with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty and to keep making people happy with their purchases.
