For nearly 30 years, Mr. Allaire has prospered as an entrepreneurial executive leader with domestic and international experience in a wide range of roles spanning sales, marketing, finance, strategy, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and operations management within oil and gas exploration and production, wine and spirits import and distribution, distillation, restaurants, food, beverage, and digital music. Since 2007, he has focused on providing business development, financial management and strategic advisory services to numerous clients and various partnerships operating in the exploration and development of oil and gas in the mid-continent and Gulf Coast regions of the United States.
In 1993, Mr. Allaire obtained Associate of Science degrees in advertising and public relations, summa cum laude, as well as finance and investments and a Bachelor of Science in management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. He continued his education with a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in Boston in 2000.
From 1994 to 1995, Mr. Allaire provided superior service as a strategic analyst for alcoholic beverage distributor R&A Bailey, Ltd. in Dublin; strategic development coordinator from 1995 to 1996 with International Distillers & Vintners, Ltd. in London; category development manager from 1996 to 1997 with Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. in Oakland, California; and Senior Client Service Manager with Del Monte Foods in San Francisco from 1997 to 1999.
From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Allaire turned his attention to digital entertainment as vice president of business development with MediaUnbound Inc. He then flourished as a wine and spirits importer, as a founder and chief operating officer of Fiume Wines Inc., in Beverly Hills from 2000 to 2003. From 2004 to 2010 Mr. Allaire served as creator and executive producer of EcoWineFest LLC, a marketing company focused on producing branded live events for the organic and biodynamic wine community; president and co-founder of Dynamic Imports, Inc.; and vice chairman and chief financial officer of Global Distillers & Vintners Holdings, Inc.
From 2007 to 2012, Mr. Allaire flourished as managing partner of Versailles Capital Partners, LLC, providing business development consulting services for several mining and oil and gas company clients. As president, chief executive officer and chief financial officer of Veritas Energy Management, LLC from 2011 to 2015 he engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development, and operation of U.S. onshore oil and natural gas properties in the Gulf Coast area. With Foothills Exploration, Inc. in Los Angeles, Mr. Allaire holds a wide range of leadership roles within this publicly traded, growth stage oil and gas exploration and production company with a focus and expertise in the acquisition and development of onshore oil and natural gas properties in the Rocky Mountain region.
Mr. Allaire became involved in his profession because he transitioned to green energy as a result of the havoc that COVID-19 wreaked on the energy industry. In 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, he decided to pivot to green energy while securing a master’s degree in environmental policy and management with a concentration in energy in sustainability from the University of Denver. As a career highlight, he mentions making Foothills Exploration, Inc. public and growing it for five years. In the near future, Mr. Allaire intends to transform the firm into a major player in the hydrogen energy market. He is in the process of establishing his company as a natural hydrogen energy exploration and development enterprise.
