Mr. Rowinski is well versed in implementing strategic processes, lead generation and sales tactics across multiple different sectors, including recruitment, finance, technology and marketing and is experienced in providing expert leadership advice for various organizations. During coursework in computer information systems from 1989 through 1994 at California State University-Hayward, now California State University, East Bay, Mr. Rowinski directed management systems with Protocall from 1991 to 1995. He then found success as director of marketing from 1995 to 2001 with Coast Security Mortgage, vice president of sales with Discover Call Center (formerly ACT from 2000 to 2005 and as a technology consultant with Sundial, Inc. from 2001 to 2005. Mr. Rowinski then flourished as owner of Freedom Mortgage from 2005 to 2008, chief technology officer of SEP Connect from 2008 to 2015 and served in executive technology consulting from 2015 to 2017. 

In addition to the oversight of Boardsi, Mr. Rowinski is a member at Forbes Business Council, a Fast Company executive board member, Entrepreneur leadership network contributor, and a member of the board of advisors for Shaparency. In 2021, Mr. Rowinski published “The Corporate Matchmaker: Creating a Robust Board Room,” a concise summary of his leadership techniques in executive recruitment. He has also been published in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Fast Company and CEO Today in feature articles highlighting his success.

Mr. Rowinski takes pride in having sponsored girls’ semi-pro soccer teams in San Francisco and Sacramento, from which several members went on to play for United States Women’s Team. An immigrant from Poland at a young age, he takes pride in garnering the drive as well as the expertise necessary to achieve his goals in his chosen field of executive recruitment.
