Moises Ponce, Senior Vice President at CorTech International, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in staffing services management.
Following coursework in business and managerial economics at Cerritos College in Norwalk, California, Mr. Ponce excelled for over two decades as a facility manager for JC Penney, assisting in managing operations at its Buena Park, California facility from 1985 to 2007. He got his start in staffing administration with Horizon Personnel Services from 2008 to 2015, where he managed 10 branches that included three in other states. Mr. Ponce then provided superior service as an area manager, regional manager and vice president for Decton Staffing Services from 2015 to 2020, where he helped grow their light industrial business. In addition, he served as Managing Partner from 2007 to 2015 with MMP and Associates LLC, a premier consulting firm that specializes in nonprofit board development, strategic planning, organizational development and leadership effectiveness.
Since 2020, Mr. Ponce has found much success as senior vice president of staffing services, business process outsourcing, vendor-managed and payroll services firm CorTech International, where he controls the day to day operations of the staff and crew, oversees a staff of regional managers and assists the sales team in bringing in additional business.
Mr. Ponce attributes much of his success to the hard work and support of his team. As a career highlight, he is most proud of helping boost sales at Horizon Personnel Services from $20 million per year when he started to as much as $46 million annual sales after two years. After another two years, annual sales had skyrocketed to $96 million when the company was acquired by CorTech. In the near future, Mr. Ponce would like to become a partner in Cortech and have the company go public.
