Hailing from Liberia, Mr. Doeh attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor from 1997 to 2001 and subsequently obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2005 from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University in Ohio. He provided exemplary service from 2005 to 2008 as an assistant prosecuting attorney with the Wayne County prosecutor’s office, assistant attorney general from 2008 to 2009 with the Washington Attorney General’s Office and as assistant United States attorney from 2010 to 2021 with the U.S. Department of Justice, where he earned a Director’s Award for Excellence in Prosecution.
Since 2021, Mr. Doeh has prospered as chief executive officer of the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network, a premier healthcare safety net organization that provides access to a full array of integrated services that facilitate individuals to maximize their level of function and create opportunities for quality of life.
Mr. Doeh attributes his success to prayer, being humble, hard work, perseverance, and to the people who saw potential in him when he didn’t see it in himself. One of the most notable achievements of Mr. Doeh’s career has been making sure behavioral services remain within the community sphere, which means keeping the resources for the community with the help of legislation. In the coming years, he would like to build multiple crisis centers to serve the community’s mental health with integrated services.
