David Mehta

David Mehta, Broker at Realty Executives, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the real estate industry.

Early in his professional career, Mr. Mehta provided superior service as a pharmaceutical consultant in Knoxville, TN with CVS Health from 2001 to 2009. Later, in telecommunications at Cellular Sales Verizon he developed strong business relationships as a consultant from 2010 to 2016 with B2B Acquisitions.

In 2015, Mr. Mehta turned his attention to real estate as a broker with Realty Executives International, one of the country’s most successful real estate organizations with more than 1,000 locations throughout North America. In this capacity he has parlayed his ability to connect with people and forge relationships to build a significant clientele in the residential and commercial sectors, gaining a significant reputation as a superior negotiator and dealmaker.

Mr. Mehta has collected several honors for his prowess in real estate sales, including two back to back Diamond Awards from Realty Executives in both 2020 and 2021; he has also garnered a Top #1 Agent Award from the company office for both 2020 and 2021. To remain aware of changes and advancements in his field, Mr. Mehta maintains a strong interest in not only local markets but global markets as well. He maintains affiliations with the National Association of Realtors, Knoxville Area Association of Realtors and the Tennessee Board of Realtors.

Mr. Mehta attributes his large success to thinking bigger than his competition and never giving up until you get the outcome you’re after. Mr. Mehta became a self made Millionaire before the age 40, having not only succeeded in real estate but also having made smart investments and is a major “Bitcoin Strategist”.
