Hampton Gardner, General Agent at The Hampton Company National Surety, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in insurance management.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in business management from Odessa University College in Texas, Mr. Gardner excelled as a general agent with the Allegany Insurance Company, Natural Casualty Insurance Company, Bankers Casualty Insurance Company and later founded the Hampton Company National Surety, LLC, headquartered in Decatur, Mississippi and specializing in bail bonds insurance. In addition, he is the founder and president of Mississippi Coalition of Bail Sureties.
Mr. Gardner attributes his success in the surety business to Bankers Insurance Company (Mr. Bryan Kisneck), Financial Casualty Company (Robert Sabol) and Allegheny Casualty Company (Robert Kersnick). Keenly interested in community members, he founded what was called The Decatur Rebound to beautify the downtown area where he lives. The group conducts an event called Treat Street for the children during Halloween to keep the children safe and off the side streets and out of any harm and danger. In addition Mr. Gardner handles Christmas decorating during the holidays in Victorian Gardens, the subdivision in which he and that he founded in 2007. The subdivision contains 18 homes with several open lots for new home construction.
In coming years, Mr. Gardner intends to grow The Hampton Company National Surety an additional 30 percent and would like to hand off everyday operations to his daughter.
