Jesus Paraliticci, Senior Loan Officer at NewFed Mortgage, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in mortgage and loan management.
Since 2002, Mr. Paraliticci has served as a loan officer for several premier Massachusetts mortgage lenders, in which his responsibilities include representing the borrower on behalf of the bank, informing customers what the process is like, gathering information for them, reviewing different programs they might require for the mortgage and working with them to try to get financing for their new home. He has also overseen loans for several area banking institutions. Since 2018, he has found much success as a senior loan officer with NewFed Mortgage Corp. in Reading, where he has been rated in the Top Ten loan officers the past two years.
Following coursework at the University of Massachusetts in Boston, Mr. Paraliticci provided superior service as a senior loan officer from 2002 to 2009 with Mortgage World Corp. and with Eastern Bank, as well as a sales manager with Prospect Mortgage, LLC from 2010 to s senior loan officer with Sage 2011. He then excelled as senior loan officer for Sage Bank in Framingham from 2011 to 2018.
Mr. Paraliticci attributes his success to hard work and doing the best for his clients. He tries to be always available for his clients when they need him, even on evenings and weekends, because he understands that it is very important for them. As a career highlight, he cites raising his two children. His daughter is in nursing school while his son is classical pianist. Mr. Paraliticci is also most proud of mentoring Hispanics in the mortgage loan business.
Mr. Paraliticci’s goal in the coming years is to continue doing what he loves to do in the financial world and helping the Hispanic community. He aims to create more volume for himself and try to help more people.
