Title: PGA and LPGA Head Golf Professional
Company: Four Seasons Country Club
Location: Hillsboro, Missouri, United States
Beverly Miller, Head Golf Professional at Four Seasons Country Club, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in golf instruction and administration.
Since 2018, Ms. Miller, a member of the Professional Golfers’ Association of America (PGA) and Ladies’ Professional Golfers’ Association of America (LPGA), has excelled with the Four Seasons Country Club in Chesterfield, Missouri as head golf professional. In this capacity, she oversees golf tournaments and merchandise and instructs the sport, particularly older and younger clubgoers, and recruits league participants and organizes golf events. Ms. Miller, the current president of the LPGA Midwest section, has been honored as a Top 50 LPGA national teacher.
Ms. Miller became involved in her profession because she had a couple of neighbors whose friends live in a gated community. After witnessing insufficient and non-empathetic instruction given by a PGA instructor, she resolved that she could give clients a better and kinder golf instruction experience. She had played golf well while taking college coursework, then managed a grocery store and raised her four children for 20 years and returned to the sport as an instructor.
Ms. Miller maintains that without the support of her husband, four children, and the rest of her family, she wouldn’t have gotten through being a PGA and LPGA professional. She is hoping for continued success as golf pro with Four Seasons Country Club for years to come. Furthermore, Ms. Miller has been recognized among the Top 50 LPGA National Teachers since 2007.
