Mr. Bosse is the founder, president and chief executive officer of BBI Logistics LLC in Columbus, Ohio. He studied business economy as a student at the University of Kentucky, where he subsequently graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in finance. While still enrolled as a student, he worked as an intern for UBS Group AG in 2008. His business, BBI Logistics, has been honored as one of the Best Places to Work in Columbus and was named as the fastest-growing business in Columbus.
Under BBI, Mr. Bosse established the BBI Gives Back Foundation. He also volunteers with the Humane Society of the United States, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Firefighters Alliance of America. His duties and responsibilities with BBI include growth and strategy development, overseeing operations, purchasing, problem-solving and managing two locations. He came to his love of business as a student in high school. He ran his own local landscaping business at this time and found he liked being his own boss. Learning about transportation in college helped him develop his love of logistics.
Mr. Bosse attributes his mother and father as a driving force behind his success. Lifelong educators and professionals, they taught him discipline and fearlessness, qualities that are beneficial for any chief executive officer. His goal is to grow his business in the coming years, using information technology to revamp the transportation industry itself.
