Senior Master Sergeant Christopher Parks, Chief, Owner and Chief Executive Officer at LuChris Consulting LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in business.
Mr. Parks began his career in Montgomery, Alabama at the Community College of the Air Force, obtaining an associate’s degree in fire science and a distinguished graduate honor. He was subsequently appointed as the theater fire prevention chief in southern Afghanistan for DynCorp International from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, he served as the lead fire safety inspection for Hughes Engineering & Consulting in Bangladesh. From 2016 to 2017, he was active as the senior fire protection specialist for the Federal Emergency Management Agency. He has been the owner and chief executive officer of LuChris Consulting LLC since 2001.
During his service in the military, Mr. Parks was a deputy fire chief with the United States Air Force Academy and the Nellis Air Force Base, known as “Fighter Town USA.” He further operated as the fire chief for Joint Base Andrews and the fire protections readiness chief for the USAF Pacific Air Forces. He has been decorated with two Humanitarian Service Medals, eight Meritorious Service Medals, two Commendation Medals and an Achievement Medal.
Mr. Parks had dreams of becoming a truck driver as a child. He joined the National Guard to get closer to this goal and was recruited as a jet engine mechanic. Ultimately, he found a way to drive big trucks by working with the Air Force fire department.
