Within 18 months, Zimmer Airport Shuttle was operating as a premier airport shuttle service operating seven vehicles. Mr. Zimmer drives from 4:00 a.m. until 1:00 or 2:00 p.m.and then focuses on the repairs and maintenance of the vehicles. He also handles the bookkeeping, accounting, billing, invoicing, maintaining the vehicles and dispatching
Mr. Zimmer has been featured in a local newspaper for providing jobs in the community. He cites his most notable achievement as the longevity of the business through the COVID-19 pandemic, oil spill, and other challenges he and the business had to encounter. His goal in the coming years is to retire and he is hoping that one of his sons would take over the business.
