Company: Compliant Healthcare Technologies, LLC (CHT)
Location: Middleburg Heights, Ohio, United States

John Zbozien, Chief Operating Officer at Compliant Healthcare Technologies, LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in manufacturing administration.

After initially obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in political science and marketing and pre-law, cum laude, in 2000 from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio, Mr. Zbozien followed with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in negotiation and dispute resolution in 2003 from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland. He continued his education with a Master of Business Administration in marketing and management policy from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 2004.

From 2004 to 2012, Mr. Zbozien flourished as a product and marketing manager for Ridge Tool Company (RIDGID) and Barrette Outdoor Living and from 2012 to 2016 as director of marketing and business development  with Fire-Dex, a premier manufacturer of protective firefighting clothing, emergency response apparel, premium quality NFPA hoods, gloves, helmets and boots. Since 2017, he has provided superior service as vice president of marketing and new business development and later chief operating officer of Compliant Healthcare Technologies, LLC, which provides innovative technology solutions in the distribution of gases used for anesthesia in hospital operating rooms.

In testament to his products and services, Mr. Zbozien has garnered numerous mentions and awards which include being a finalist for Innovation Idol, Barrette Yard Ideas, Garden Accents, Lowe’s in 2010, a Best Buy Award for Barrette Premier Sheds and Barrette Hanover Sheds from Consumers Digest in 2009 and a finalist for Home Depot Innovative Product of the Year for RIDGID Auto-Spin in 2006.

For his success, Mr. Zbozien credits an extraordinary mentor from his early years for his success, his boss at Ridge Tool Company (RIDGID), Scott, who was the director of their entire department. Scott ingrained perspective and the focus on people, caring, and business awareness. All these years later, to this day, Mr. Zbozien still calls, texts, or email him for advice. As his career highlight, he cites his work with Fire-Dex, where he initiated a program with first responders and firefighters. During his work with engineers at that company and with other studies going on across the country, two major areas were identified where these carcinogens and particulates were being absorbed into the body, the first and foremost with the neck area and around their wrists. Mr. Zbozien piloted a new product development program designed to block particulates to .01 microns in the hoods the firefighters wear.

In the coming years, many of Mr. Zbozien’s goals involve the growth of his team and the people around him. He focuses a great deal on setting people up for success and tries to build their careers.
