Reginald Bullock, Chief Executive Officer at G-Town LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in personnel and executive search management and military service.
Since 2021, in addition to being a Keynote Speaker, Executive Leadership Coach, and Published Author, Mr. Bullock has provided superior service as Director of Business Capture of Golden Key Group, a premier professional services firm dedicated to helping federal and commercial clients solve today’s strategic, organizational and operational challenges while addressing their future needs. Its services include human capital management support, human resources operations, employee training and leadership development, professional consulting, program, acquisition and category management, analytics and information technology and executive search services.
In his capacity as Director of Business Capture, Mr. Bullock’s responsibilities include generating new revenue streams and driving new business opportunities from capture decision to contract award, day-to-day management of the firm’s growth to include supporting the corporate strategy, driving market and opportunity identification, establishing strategic partnerships, and overseeing the marketing and communications efforts of product and business development. Additionally, he identifies and maintains relationships with teaming partners and oversees and coordinate negotiations while fostering relationships with existing teammates and federal stakeholders as appropriate.
After initially obtaining an Associate in Applied Science in menswear design and marketing in 1990 from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, Mr. Bullock followed with a Bachelor of Science in education, training and development from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale in 1991. He later continued his education with a Master of Science in strategic intelligence from National Defense Intelligence College in Washington in 2006.
Mr. Bullock served his country with the United States Air Force for 30 years and retired as a lieutenant colonel in 2012, serving as a commander with the Air National Guard from 2010 to 2012. Moreover, he made an impact as chief of armament systems with the National Guard Bureau in 2010, legislative liaison for the Secretary of the Department of the Air Force to the United States Senate from 2008-2010 and a Congressional Legislative Fellow for Congressman Trent Franks, Arizona, 2nd District, United States Congress from 2006 to 2010. He served as Chief of the Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Branch of the National Guard Bureau from 2005 to 2006 and Chief of the Combat Forces Branch of the National Guard Bureau from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Bullock has received numerous awards for his military service.
From 2012 to 2017 Mr. Bullock excelled as a consultant and manager with the Global Center of Excellence for Defense with KPMG International Limited, a British-Dutch multinational professional services network. With the United States Department of Commerce, he flourished as a deputy program manager for operations and deputy chief of staff with its enterprise services department from 2017 to 2019 and associate director of administration from 2019 to 2021.
The author of two books, “Father to Son, A Guide to Growing up in a Difficult World” and “The Horn and the Halo: THATH,” Mr. Bullock is also an accomplished DJ who has worked for superstars such as Rick James, Teena Marie, The Temptations and Stephanie Mills. He can DJ genres such as rock, punk, bebop, idiom, reggae, rhythm and blues, jazz, and hip hop. He has two studios as well called the G-Town Sounds, and also produces music, where he is known as DJ Dr. Reggie B.
Mr. Bullock attributes his success to his tenacity and to his desire to achieve his goals in life and is currently working on another book with a working title “It’s All About the Hassle.” He has traveled the world in the military and in his professional life and is hoping to further enjoy what he has built and what he has earned over the years.
