With 15 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Fountain has excelled as a program quality manager for Boeing since 2018. Prior to this appointment, he had worked as a temporary multi-family quality manager for P8 Poseidon and Boeing from 2015 to 2018 as well as a quality assurance investigator and internal auditor for Boeing from 2011 to 2018. He further served with the American Service Center, in conjunction with Mercedes-Benz of Arlington, as a body technician from 2007 to 2008 before operating as a junior manufacturing associate for Safran Electronics and Defense for Avionics USA LLC from 2009 to 2011. Mr. Fountain began his career as an electronic specialist for Toyota North America in 2007.
Mr. Fountain initially earned an Associate of Applied Science in autobody and collision and repair technology from the Universal Technical Institute in 2007 before obtaining a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the City University of Seattle in 2016, a postgraduate diploma in global health diplomacy from the University of Oxford in 2019 and an Executive Master of Business Administration in management, marketing and related support services from Howard University in 2020. Beyond his primary responsibilities within the field, he was active as a guest speaker for the Washington Alliance for Better Schools in 2018 and a business mentor and consultant for the Howard University School of Business between 2018 and 2020. Attributing his success to his inimitable tenacity, hard work and dedication, Mr. Fountain hopes to release a peer-to-peer application that he has been developing which focuses on geo-tracking and location analytics in the food marketplace while turning his attention toward advanced technology in the coming years.
