Ms. Caka, an experienced specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry, is skilled in long-term care insurance, property and casualty insurance, flood insurance, automobile, and life insurance sales.
Ms. Caka has provided superior service as an agent with the Texas Farm Bureau Insurance since 2013. To augment her sales skills, Ms. Caka obtained a Bachelor of Arts in social entrepreneurship, cum laude, from Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas in 2016. She has also been chartered as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) by The American College of Financial Services; as a Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP) by The American College of Financial Services; and as a Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) by The American College of Financial Services.
The winner of multiple NAIFA Quality Awards from the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and a Community Service Volunteer of the Year Award from the Gonzales Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Caka has also garnered numerous other awards. Avidly concerned with community affairs, she has served as president of the Main Street Advisory Board in Gonzales, Texas; as a board member with the Gonzales Healthcare Systems Foundation; as entertainment chair with the Come and Take It Committee; and president of Gonzales Noon Lions Club.
Ms. Caka’s professional and community organizations include the Independent Cattlemen’s Association; Daughters of the American Revolution; Daughters of the Republic of Texas; Gonzales Noon Lions Club; Crystal Theatre Board of Directors; NAIFA; Gonzales Main Street Advisory Board; and Shiner Band Boosters. She attributes her success to being constantly involved in the community. Her volunteerism has likewise rewarded her, as it not only satisfies her desire to give back to society, but it has also proven to be a useful avenue to build a network and gain exposure.
Ms. Caka is proud of the growth of her career at Texas Farm Bureau Insurance. When she started in 2013, she had only 169 accounts. Today, she has more than 1,000 clients, an impressive number considering that the city where she works (Gonzales, Texas) has a small population of 7,400. In the coming years, she envisions herself helping other insurance agents succeed professionally and promoting the civic duty of volunteerism within her community.
