He previously served as realtor for a regional brokerage from 2004 to 2008. He began his career working for his father’s real estate company as a realtor in 2002. Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Boykin pursued an education at Lebanon High School, from which he graduated with a diploma in 1997. He continued his academic efforts by completing undergraduate college coursework. Following these accomplishments, Mr. Boykin obtained his real estate license, which he renewed as recently as 2017.
Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Boykin has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. To support those in need, he has contributed to Habitat for Humanity and has been active with construction projects for The Raining Season. He has also been affiliated with the National Association of Realtors. Furthermore, Mr. Boykin is currently pursuing membership with his local chapter of Kiwanis International.
Attributing his success to his stellar customer service skills, Mr. Boykin was drawn to his profession due to his early exposure to the real estate industry in his youth, has his father, grandfather and uncle had operated with Gerry Hudson Real Estate, the longest running real estate company in Lebanon, Tennessee, prior to his father establishing an independent real estate business in Cumberland in 1997. Among the many highlights of his career, he is incredibly proud of selling a 12-unit property before it became available in the market. Looking toward the future, Mr. Boykin hopes to continue building upon his business by employing more agents and doubling his current annual home sales.
