In addition to being featured on “Oprah,” “Good Morning America” and CNN for the aforementioned raffle, Ms. Sullivan has been honored among the Top 5% of Realtors in 2022, the Top 10% of Realtors on an annual basis and the Number One Rookie of the Year in the State of Maryland in 1992.
