Mr. Grohschaedl holds 25 years of experience in construction and manufacturing, working in nearly 20 European countries before relocating to the United States in 2011. He began his career as a production manager for Carpentry Grohschaedl in 1997, before assuming the duties of application engineer for window solutions at REHAU Incorporated in 1998. Over the next 21 years, Mr. Grohschaedl impressively operated in a variety of leadership roles at the aforementioned company, including senior engineering manager, director and vice president.
Mr. Grohschael initially earned master carpenter credentials from Carpenter Guild Austria in 1995. He subsequently obtained a master’s in industrial engineering from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt University of Applied Sciences in Austria.
Mr. Grohschaedl has accrued expertise in strategic planning, analytical decision making, research and development, manufacturing, business development, budget planning, and forecasting. A hands-on and results-oriented senior leader, he attributes his success to a combination of integrity, loyalty, work ethic and problem solving. Additionally, his broad cultural background allows him to take on projects from many different perspectives.
An outdoor enthusiast, Mr. Grohschaedl enjoys skiing and bicycling, as well as traveling and spending time in new places. He attributes his success to his integrity, loyalty, work ethic and problem solving abilities. Among his most notable memories in the field, he is incredibly proud of building and opening a plant in Mexico. In the future, Mr. Gohschaedl hopes to move Forbo Siegling toward the future through the digital landscape.
