Company: Wayne Fan Enterprise
Location: Tallahassee, Florida, United States
Che Fan, President at Wayne Fan Enterprise, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in restaurant management.
Mr. Fan has achieved great success as the co-owner of two Asian-themed restaurants in Tallahassee, Dao Lucy Ho’s and Azu Lucy Ho’s, which offer Chinese, Thai and Japanese cuisine in casual settings. Since 2018, he has additionally prospered as president of Wayne Fan Enterprise. Mr. Fan obtained an associate degree in mathematics from Tallahassee Community College in 2013.
Mr. Fan believes his success began with his curiosity and continued with adoration and a sense of pride. When he began doing well in his career, he became motivated to continue forward because of the praise coming his way and his feeling that he does not want to let people down. Ultimately, Mr. Fan attributes his success to his desire to leave a legacy that he can pass on, rather than just something monetary. When his parents decided to open a restaurant in Tallahassee, they asked him if he wanted to learn about the restaurant business. He moved to Florida and the rest is history.
As a career highlight, Mr. Fan cites successfully running his first location for more than 12 years, as it is his opinion that it is very impressive for any business to be able to prosper for more than 10 years. In the coming years, he hopes to be able to grow his brand even further and has a lot of great ideas in mind. He really wants to push the boundary and continue investing in other promising businesses such as his sister’s food truck, the Green Onion Bistro in Raleigh, North Carolina.
