Following obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in finance with a minor in psychology from Morehouse College in Atlanta in 1992, Mr. Williams later earned a Master of Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University in 2008. He excelled as a micro-banking development specialist with United States Peace Corp. from 1995 to 1997 in which he assisted a lending project to establish a new bank depository system in Sub-Sahara Africa, and also as an equity trader responsible for buying and selling equity securities on various exchange markets with WorldCo, LLC from 1999 to 2004. As an associate with Jackson Securities Inc. from 2004 to 2007, Mr. Williams developed and discussed fixed income and equity trading strategies, prepared online equity research reports for department needs and assisted trading and investment banking groups with their daily responsibilities.
Mr. Williams subsequently made an impact as an investment banking senior associate with PNC Bank from 2007 to 2010, in which he provided debt underwriting services to municipal healthcare clients in the Philadelphia area, was responsible for outlining quarterly and annual cost management/budget objectives and strategic initiatives to executive management, and cross communicated with internal and external teams to determine appropriate offering price and distribution strategies to meet short and long term goals. Since 2010, Mr. Williams has flourished as a principal consultant with Acro Capital, where he provides investment advice to various clients to enhance their current portfolio of assets. In the coming years, Mr. Williams hopes to improve Acro Capital, make it a better company and focus on the quality of service that it provides to clients.
