With almost a decade of experience to her credit, Ms. Parrella is a rising leader in the real estate industry. Since 2019, she has served as the owner and a broker at Realty Executives First Class, a part of Realty Executives, who she originally joined in 2015 as a sales associate. In her current positions, she specializes in buying and selling residential real estate properties in northern New Jersey, as well as training and mentoring new real estate agents. Prior to her current appointments, Ms. Parrella operated as a sales associate for Weichert Realtors in Wayne, New Jersey, between 2013 and 2015 and as a police dispatcher for the Upper Saddle River Police Department from 2012 to 2018.
Before embarking on her vocational journey, Ms. Parrella pursued a formal education, beginning with her time at Ramapo College of New Jersey, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in law and society, cum laude, in 2012. She subsequently continued her studies and achieved a master’s degree in human services counseling at Liberty University in 2017. In addition to her academic credentials, she is also a licensed real estate broker in the states of New Jersey and New York. To commemorate her accomplishments in the field, Ms. Parrella has been honored with several awards and accolades, including the REX Executive Award in 2016 and 2017, and the REX Double Diamond Award and NCJAR Platinum Award several years in a row. To wit, she is continually driven by her passion for helping others, and she attributes much of her success to the endless love and support of her husband. In the coming years, Ms. Parrella hopes to publish her book and launch a new app, both of which are meant to help train new realtors.
