With more than 20 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Joseph has excelled as the chief executive officer for Foundation Saint Joseph since 2021. A nonprofit organization based on the principles of mutuality and free association, Foundation Saint Joseph participates in the social development of the Haitian population by promoting and supporting human rights, civil rights, democratic values, agricultural programs and volunteer efforts. In addition to this position, Mr. Joseph is active as a student loan consultant for the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency since 2018.
Prior to these appointments, Mr. Joseph served as a bus operator for Walt Disney World from 2012 to 2016 and an assistant administrator for Hunter’s Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Orlando, Florida from 2009 to 2011. He previously worked as a security supervisor with Allegiance Security Group Inc. from 2007 to 2009. Mr. Joseph began his career as a tax accountant as well as an insurance agent between 2000 and 2007.
To support his professional endeavors, Mr. Joseph pursued an education at the Career Technical Institute in Washington, D.C., from which he earned an Associate of Science in hotel and restaurant management in 2007. He continued his academic efforts at Everest University in Orlando, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in health care administration in 2010. Following these accomplishments, Mr. Joseph concluded his studies with a Master of Science in healthcare administration at Southern New Hampshire University in 2017.
A native of Haiti, Mr. Joseph is proud to have learned how to work with others and utilize his creative side to move his company forward. He considers himself to be someone who is always ready and open to learning anything he does not know, as he focuses on listening and observing to address issues in his fields. Furthermore, Mr. Joseph is incredibly dedicated to his family, including his loving wife, Nitte, and his wonderful children, Ishnahelah, Isnel Jr., Ishnelda and Isnoliver.
