Mr. Elkin currently excels as the co-founder and president of Allure Ortho, a multi-million dollar orthodontic supply currently recognized as one of the top orthodontic supply companies in the country. The company is on pace to make more than $10 million in 2022, after just six years of operation. In 2020, Allure Ortho earned the Supplier of the Year award from the American Association of Orthodontists.
Prior to his current post, Mr. Elkin worked as an executive territory manager with Mid Atlantic Orthopedic Associates LLP from 2001 to 2016. He prepared for his career by completing coursework at Bucks County Community College. At Allure Ortho, Mr. Elkin’s duties include running the office, corresponding with manufacturers, finding products, talking to customers, and organizing trade shows.
Mr. Elkin attributes his success to his work ethic and exceptional staff. He strives to create an environment where his employees love to come to work. He began his current career when he was laid off in 2001, after which he found a position at Mid Atlantic Orthopedic Associates LLP. In his spare time, Mr. Elkin enjoys hockey, watching boxing, vacationing, and spending time on the water.
Among his career highlights, Mr. Elkin considers his most notable achievement to be starting Allure Ortho and building the company from scratch into one of the top orthodontic supply companies in the industry. In the coming years, his goal is to experience the continued growth and success of the company. His first goal was to reach $10 million, which he is on track to hit by the end of 2022. Alongside his career pursuits, Mr. Elkin gives back to his community by donating to the church. He further donates supplies to orthodontists conducting outreach across the globe.
