Chantel Patric Greenfield, System Director of Talent Acquisition at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in recruiting and personnel administration.

Since 2019, Ms. Greenfield has excelled with the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System as the system director of talent acquisition. Before this post, she was the director of talent management at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System in 2019, and from 2016 to 2019, she served as the manager of talent acquisition for the gulf region with Ascension. From 2015 to 2016, she was a recruiting manager with Nursefinders, and from 2013 to 2015, she served in the same position with Amedisys Home Health & Hospice.

From 2012 to 2014, Ms. Greenfield garnered experience as the director of operations/director of Virginia with the Miss United States Pageant, and from 2012 to 2013, she was a talent acquisition advisor with Pierpoint International. She began her career as an admissions specialist at AIS Educational Consulting in 1998, later working as an operations supervisor with the Virginia Utility Protection Service and as a media sales consultant with Yellowbook. Ms. Greenfield worked as a human resource recruiter with DISH Network, an admissions representative with WyoTech, and a human resources manager with Draper Aden Associates.

In preparation for her career, Ms. Greenfield attended Mary Baldwin University and graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in communications and political science. She holds certification as an Elite Recruiter and additionally earned a Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification with the Six Sigma Global Institute. For her accomplishments, Ms. Greenfield was named to the Top 50 Women Leaders of South Carolina by Women We Admire in 2022. In 2011, she earned a presidential award from WyoTech Colleges, and in 2010, she earned a Rookie of the Year award from the same institution. In her post as the system director of talent acquisition at the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, she has increased the organization’s out-of-state hires by more than 50% and has almost doubled her current team’s annual hires.

Ms. Greenfield has maintained affiliation with the South Carolina Hospital Association and the Society for Human Resource Management. Alongside her professional endeavors, she has volunteered with Grace Cancer Foundation, donated and fundraised for community activities, donated to the United Way, and volunteered as a sports coach for nearly a decade. She attributes her success to having strong familial support and selfless mentors and professors throughout her career. In the coming years, Ms. Greenfield hopes to pursue a Master of Business Administration and sees herself leading her team and company to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic stronger than they were before.
